Medium to large scale building projects in North West
Permanent Position with Attractive Salary & Benefits Package 

Prepare subcontractor and suppliers documents
Drafting of commercial/contractual correspondence
Prepare monthly valuations, cost reports, variations and submit final accounts
Ensure risk registers, variation trackers and extension of time tracker sheets are reviewed and updated monthly and included within monthly reports
Take Off's/ Compile BOQ from drawings
Assessing Drawings, BOQ & Work Requirements at Tender Stage

0-1yrs experience
