Sr Planner / Manager - Dublin

We have partnered with a Tier 1 Contractor providing building solutions across the industry to include commercial, large-scale residential, life sciences etc.
Typically projects range in value from €20M to €150M+.
They are recognised as one of Ireland's leading contractors with strong reputation as an excellent employer with a healthy work / life balance ethos.
They now require a Senior Planner to join the Dublin team.
You will have responsibility for Planning Team
Responsibilities:
Schedule, plan and oversee the entire program of work.
Oversee stationary & rotating equipment technical records, prepare technical reports, generate data for budgets, methods/procedures, equipment replacement, etc.
Supervise training programs for new employees.
Manage resources.
Monitor all contractual and milestone dates.
Prepare cash flow, charts and histograms on planning projects.
Co-ordinate between design/ engineering/ procurement / execution.
Prepares the monthly Progress reports.
Prepares the monthly Labour histograms.
Accumulate and analyse data and information required for planning
Requirements:
B.E/B. Tech/BS in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
7+ years of experience in planning.
Salary to €100,000 pension, package etc.
