Due to continued expansion we invite applications from experienced Quantity Surveyors. ICDS specialise in multi storey construction, formwork, sub & superstructure works.

We operate mainly in the greater London region and also have interests in Ireland, Denmark, Sweden and Holland.

We now require an experienced Quantity Surveyor based in either our Bank or Harrow office, with the following requirements:

• At least 5 years post grad experience within the residential, commercial and hotel sectors.
• Relevant third level qualification in construction economics / management.
• Excellent variation, financial and final account skills.
• Proven track record / references detailing your capabilities.
• Ability to utilise the current software associated with site spreadsheets.
• Available to work & live in London / South East.
