Senior Cost Manager - PQS Consultancy - Dublin

SSA are recruiting on behalf of a well-established cost consultancy operating within numerous sectors nationwide who are seeking a Senior Cost Manager for a landmark project located in Dublin.

About the role:

Dublin based
Long-established firm with over 80 years industry experience
Public and private client base spans across Ireland, UK, and EU
Attractive salary package (DOE)

Main duties will include, but not be limited to;

Formulate tender documentation, including BoQ's
Improve and implement best practice commercial processes and accurate budgeting
Prepare progress reports, cash flow forecasts and cost preliminaries
Mentor and guide junior commercial staff
Identify change and implement change control processes
Provide commercial guidance on project performance through accurate forecasting and risk identification
And much more

You will ideally possess the following;

Degree qualification in Quantity Surveying
SCSI chartership
Proven experience within a similar position (min. 10 years exp)
